We Believe

While we offer some pre-design stationery options, we understand that every client wishes for their stationery to reflect their own personalities and we understand that stationery designs may need to be altered. Minor customisations including typestyles, colour and layouts can be achieved. Unlimited proofs are offered as we believe that your stationery should be the way you would like it to and that you are completely happy.


Letterpress stationery samples are available for most of our designs, along with a choice of card swatches, ink choices and a large range of typestyles to customise your stationery. Please email or call to order.

Order Process

Step 1 – If you have fallen in love with a particular design, we can provide a personal quote for you, and we recommend ordering a sample pack (for pre-designed  stationery) which includes what we have available in that design which may be the invitation, envelope, reply card, info card and thank you cards. We also send paper samples and other information to help you.

Step 2 – Once a quote has been provided secure your order with a deposit, and we can begin refining your design. We will email some information such as wording examples along with a spreadsheet to begin entering your guest’s details if we are printing your envelopes.

Step 3 – Now this is the fun part! Choose your colours, typestyles and layouts. A proof(s) will be emailed to you for approval. Proofs must be signed and returned prior to further work commencing.

Step 4 – Relax and have a cuppa! The hard work is done, we organise the rest. From sending the artwork to get your special plates made, to mixing up all the ink, and cutting soft fluffy paper. We start to print your stationery in our studio.

Step 5 – Your order is complete, carefully packed and boxed up ready to be delivered to you.


Estimated time from your artwork approvals is 4-6 weeks or earlier if possible, but we do not sacrifice quality for speed. If you require your order in a hurry, please contact us.

Payment and Postage

Payment for your stationery order, less your deposit is payable after the approval of your proofs, prior to printing. We use either a courier or Australia Post to deliver your parcel.

Returns and Refunds

Once your approvals have been signed off, we go to print your stationery, and do not offer returns or offer refunds. However if there is an error on our behalf, we will gladly reprint or exchange until it’s amended.
