– WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE –

Ordering your stationery is a simple process however we understand that it may seem to be overwhelming with all the little details. We can assure you that we have been professionally designing and creating stationery for many years and will help you as much as possible along the way to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

We love to fuss over each and every project our studio has.

SAMPLES

We have a range of previous printed stationery samples that we would be happy to provide so you can see our quality and feel the papers in person. Please contact us if you would like a pack sent to you.

APPOINTMENTS

We like to meet with you to chat about your project requirements and get a feel for the type of stationery you are looking for to compliment your event. Thursday evening and Saturdays are available, please send us an email if you would like to book in. Alternatively we can also offer phone appointments or work through emails if this is more convenient.

STEP ONE: QUOTING & BOOKING IN

Once you have fallen in love with the idea of wanting bespoke stationery, we will offer guidance on printing methods and costs involved with your desired style with a personal and friendly approach, then provide a quote with deposit details to secure your project.

Upon receipt of your deposit, printing dates are scheduled in.

STEP TWO: COMMENCE DESIGN

Around 6 weeks prior to printing, we advise and recommend wording to follow with correct invitation etiquette, with templates and initial invitation concepts. Designs, type-styles and layouts start to bring ideas to life as we work together, emailing back and forth using PDF proofs.

STEP THREE: SIGN OFF PROOFS AND COMPLETE GUEST LIST

Once all stationery pieces have been created and you are pleased with the layouts and design, formal proofs are emailed for final checking and approval. Once you have signed and return these to us, along with your completed guest list, we can proceed ready to print.

STEP FOUR: PLATE MAKING AND PRINTING

From here we arrange all the necessary printing plates, the papers and envelopes, hand mix the beautiful ink colours and organise everything else needed to print your project. Lovingly we print your stationery with the utmost attention to detail and you will be informed of our progress so you know when to expect them to be finished.

STEP FIVE: FINISHING

After fussing over your project, it is carefully packed ready to collect or we can arrange to have them sent to you.

– BOOKING AND TURN AROUND TIME –

Often we are booked 4-6 months in advance and we recommend securing your project in our schedules as soon as you have decided to proceed. The designing may take between 1-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and how quickly it comes together. Once signed proofs and a completed guest list have been received, we ask for 10-15 working days to complete.

– PAYMENTS –

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

International orders are welcome.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project within our schedules, stated on your quote. Invitation payments are required to be finalised prior to printing, leaving a deposit amount for your reception stationery. Adjustments will be made for place cards et cetera, once numbers have been confirmed.

– POSTAGE AND COLLECTION –

Once your order is complete and carefully packed, we will inform you by email or phone.

You are welcome to collect your stationery in person from our studio, based in Woodcroft, alternatively we can also arrange a courier or post at a reasonable rate.
