WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?

We understand that these days, online ordering is sometimes preferred, however we have chosen to offer a personalised approach to ordering your stationery. It may seem to be overwhelming with all the little details and that is where we love to help guide you along the way to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible. All our designs may be semi customised to add your flair, or we can create something just for you.

We will gain an understanding of your stationery requirements and provide a quote for you. This can remain flexible as new ideas evolved through the design process.

Once your design is finalised, an email pdf proof will be sent also requesting your completed guest list. Once returned, we will begin arranging the papers, printing plates and embellishments.

APPOINTMENTS

We like to meet with you to chat about your project requirements and get a feel for the type of stationery you are looking for to compliment your event. Thursday evening and Saturdays are available, please send us an email if you would like to book in. Alternatively we can also offer phone appointments or work through emails if this is more convenient.

BOOKING AND TURN AROUND TIME

Often we are booked 4-6 months in advance and we recommend securing your project in our schedules as soon as you have decided to proceed. The designing may take between 1-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and how quickly it comes together. Once signed proofs and a completed guest list have been received, we ask for 3-4 weeks to complete. Talk to us if you need your project by a certain date, or need a rush service.

PAYMENTS

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

International orders are welcome.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project within our schedules, stated on your quote. Invitation payments are required to be finalised prior to printing, leaving a deposit amount for your reception stationery. Adjustments will be made for place cards et cetera, once numbers have been confirmed.

POSTAGE AND COLLECTION

Once your order is complete and carefully packed, we will inform you by email or phone. You are welcome to collect your stationery in person from our studio, based in Woodcroft, alternatively we can also arrange a courier or post at a reasonable rate.
